Required Materials for Athletics Class and Practices:

• Student-Athletes are REQUIRED to dress out every day for class in their Howard workout attire.

• Athletic shoes MUST be worn.

• Absolutely no jewelry is to be worn during class, practice, or games.

• Lockers and locks are provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• If an inhaler is necessary, athletes are encouraged to have it with them during every class, practice and game.

Requirements for 7th & 8th grade Athletics:

Students should be enrolled in Athletics Class to participate in a sport. Students will be removed from the Athletics Class if the following requirements are not met.

• To be in athletics and participate in a sport, you must have a physical completed by a doctor; physical forms are attached.

• Online forms for Rank-One sports must also be completed. The link is provided below.

• T.A. Howard athletic attire cost $35 (cash only) for a shirt and shorts set. (During schedule pick-up and the athletic parent meeting, Howard gear will be available for purchase).
